Petstylist has launched the Petstylist Customer Club to show appreciation to our valued customers. In this club, customers can earn cashback, points, a signup gift, and special rewards with every purchase from our online store or with grooming and wellness services, enjoying a delightful experience with our services.
Customer Club Cashback System
In the cashback system, customers receive a percentage of their transaction amount as credit based on their membership level. This credit can be used for future purchases or converted into a gift card.
Bronze Level
- All customers are placed in this level by default.
- Receive 5% cashback on every transaction (purchase or grooming services).
- Cashback validity: 30 days.
Silver Level
- Upgrade to Silver by spending 6,000,000 IRR within 60 days.
- Receive 15% cashback on every transaction.
- Cashback validity: 40 days.
- If total transactions fall below 6,000,000 IRR within 60 days, membership returns to Bronze.
Gold Level
- Upgrade to Gold by spending 12,000,000 IRR within 90 days.
- Receive 25% cashback on every transaction.
- Cashback validity: 60 days.
- If total transactions fall below 12,000,000 IRR within 90 days, membership reverts to Silver or Bronze.
Customer Club Points System
In the points system, customers earn points based on the type of grooming and wellness services they receive. Accumulated points can be redeemed for exclusive rewards listed in the Rewards List.
- Customers can switch their membership type from cashback to points via their account or in-person at Petstylist branches.
- Earn more points with more transactions and enjoy a variety of rewards.
Referral Program
By referring friends to Petstylist:
- Your friends receive a discount on their first purchase or service booking.
- You receive a reward in your wallet for each appointment your friends complete.
- This wallet credit can be used for services or store purchases.
Signup Gift
All new users who register on the Petstylist website receive a welcome credit that can be used for their first purchase or service booking.
